2023 Jeep Wrangler 4xe - Performance
The Wrangler 4xe has an eight-speed automatic transmission that sends power to all four wheels. The plug-in hybrid powertrain makes 375 horsepower and 470 pound-feet of torque. Three driver-selectable modes are available: Hybrid, Electric and E-Save. Hybrid is the standard mode and provides that best fuel performance. Electric allows you to operate on electric only for about 21 miles, which is a great way to save fuel on short trips. The E-Save mode minimizes use of the battery and emphasizes the use of fuel.
Jeep Wrangler 4xe - Safety
The Willys has a 7-inch touch screen. All other models have an 8.4 inch screen. Automatic headlamps and a rearview camera system are standard. A Safety group is optional and adds blind-spot monitoring with cross-path detection and ParkSense automated parking. An Advanced Safety group is also optional and adds automatic high-beam assist, adaptive cruise control with stop, full-speed automatic emergency braking and advanced brake assist.
Jeep Wrangler 4xe - Mechanical
The Wrangler 4xe supports both Level 1 and Level 2 charging. Using a Level 1 or 120-volt connection, you can charge to full in under 12 hours. If you choose to install a Level 2 charger, you can charge to full in about two hours. Charging on the go is also possible using a mobile charger.
