The Grand Cherokee continues to be most critically acclaimed SUV ever, and Jeep has expanded the options that you have for the 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee. That includes models with a plug-in hybrid powertrain and an extended-wheelbase edition. Laredo Trim
The Laredo is the base 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee available at Brad Deery Motors. It has a 293-horsepower V6 engine, which is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission whether you choose standard rear-wheel drive or optional four-wheel drive. This model has 17-inch aluminum wheels, LED headlamps, heated exterior mirrors, roof rails, keyless open and remote ignition. Cabin features include push-button ignition, a power-adjustable driver’s seat, a digital instrument panel, dual-zone automatic climate control, an 8.4-inch central touch screen, six USB ports and a six-speaker sound system. Advanced driver assists include a rearview monitor, adaptive cruise control, frontal collision mitigation, blind-spot monitoring, lane departure mitigation and rear parking sensors.
Limited Trim
The Limited is based on the Laredo plus much of its optional Lux Tech Group package, including heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, satellite radio, a household-style power outlet, a power liftgate and remote ignition. The Limited also upgrades the exterior with LED fog lamps and 18-inch wheels. Infotainment is enhanced with a 10.1-inch touch screen and integrated navigation. It also upgrades the interior with leather upholstery, a power-adjustable front passenger seat, memory settings for the driver’s seat and heated rear seats. It’s also at this point in the lineup that 4x4 models are upgraded with a terrain management system that offers driver-selectable traction modes.
Overland Trim
The Overland is one of the more popular trim levels because it strikes a great balance between luxury and off-road performance. While it is available with rear-wheel drive, if you opt for four-wheel drive, you also get an adaptive air suspension with adjustable ride height, hill descent control and a two-speed transfer case. The exterior is upgraded with 20-inch wheels, front tow hooks and a hands-free liftgate. Interior enhancements include premium leather upholstery, a panoramic sunroof, ambient lighting, ventilated front seating and Alpine audio. You also get front parking sensors with automatic braking. The Overland is also the first trim level to give you the option of a 357-hp V8 engine.
Summit Trim
The Summit includes all of the equipment that the Overland does but also adds an electronic limited-slip differential if you opt for four-wheel drive. The exterior has a black roof for a two-tone appearance. Additional driver assists include the Active Driving Assist system, front cross-traffic warning, driver attention monitoring, automated parking and a 360-degree camera. Cabin upgrades include four-zone automatic climate control, massaging front seats and memory settings for the front passenger seat.
Other Grand Cherokee Trim Levels
Other 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee trim levels to consider are the Altitude and the Summit Reserve. Altitude is based on the Laredo but includes the Lux Tech Group and a gloss-black appearance package with unique 20-inch wheels. The Summit Reserve is based on the Summit but includes four-wheel drive standard.
