2023 Jeep Compass Overview
When it comes to compact crossovers, few have the distinctive style that the Compass does, and none of them have its off-road capabilities. If you’re interested in the Compass, the team at Brad Deery Motors would like to introduce you to the 2023 Jeep Compass, which arrives with some notable updates. Jeep now designs the Compass exclusively as an all-wheel-drive vehicle, and it has retired the old four-cylinder engine in favor of a turbocharged four that outputs 200 horsepower. With these changes in mind, let’s have a look at some of the trim levels and options available for the new Compass.
Sport Trim
The Sport is the most affordable of the 2023 Jeep Compass trim levels available at Brad Deery Motors. It has the turbocharged 200-hp engine mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission that distributes power to all four wheels. Notable exterior features include 17-inch alloy wheels, LED headlamps, heated exterior mirrors and roof rails. Cabin features include cloth upholstery, front bucket seats, a 60/40-split rear bench, a 10.1-inch touch screen, a six-speaker sound system with satellite radio, USB ports in both rows and an adjustable cargo floor. You also get a suite of advanced driver-assistance technologies that includes automatic headlamps, frontal automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, lane departure mitigation and driver attention monitoring.
Latitude Lux Trim
The Latitude Lux is among the most popular trim levels for the 2023 Jeep Compass as it includes many popular amenities and technologies without a huge price increase over the base model. It upgrades the interior with leather upholstery, heated front seats, a power-adjustable driver’s seat and a heated and leather-wrapped steering wheel. It also adds keyless open, push-button ignition and remote engine start, which are all very popular upgrades, in addition to 18-inch wheels, fog lamps and automatic high-beam control.
Limited Trim
The 2023 Jeep Compass Limited is the most comprehensively equipped of all the 2023 Jeep Compass trim levels. It includes all of the equipment found on the Latitude Lux. It enhances the interior with a dual-zone automatic climate control system and an ambient lighting system that you can customize. The Limited also features rain-sensing windshield wipers and a windshield wiper de-icer, and you get front and rear parking sensors that will alert you to obstacles that may not be visible. It also has a black-painted roof that gives the Compass a two-tone exterior aesthetic.
Trailhawk Trim
The Trailhawk is based on the Latitude Lux. It does include some of the Limited additions, such as the black-painted roof, dual-zone automatic climate control, ambient interior lighting and parking sensors. Most of the items not include can be added as options. It does come with a number of exclusive mechanical enhancements, including a more advanced all-wheel-drive system with low-range gearing. It has 17-inch wheels and off-road-oriented tires and also adds a raised suspension, underbody skill plates, tow hooks and hill descent control. The cabin features premium cloth and leather seating with Trailhawk-exclusive red contrast stitching.
Other Trim Levels and Special Editions
The Latitude strikes middle ground between the Sport and Latitude Lux. The Altitude is the Latitude Lux plus its options in addition to a blacked-out appearance package. The High Altitude adds the blacked-out appearance package to the Limited. You also have the option of the (RED) model, which is equipped like the Limited but has a (RED) appearance package that will only be available for the 2023 model.
