2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee - Performance
You have the choice of rear-wheel drive and four-wheel drive with most trim levels. The Summit Reserve is the exception as it includes four-wheel drive as standard equipment. A shiftable eight-speed automatic transmission is standard with both drive layouts. The standard engine with all trims is a 3.6-liter V6 engine: 293 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque. The four-wheel-drive Overland and Summit trim levels also give you the option of a 5.7-liter V8 engine: 357 hp and 390 lb.-ft.
Jeep Grand Cherokee - Safety
The standard suite of driver-assistance technologies includes traffic-adaptive cruise control, frontal collision alert with automatic braking, rear parking sensors with automatic braking, lane departure alert with intervention, blind-spot alert, rear cross-path alert and a rearview camera. Options include front parking sensors with automatic braking, front cross-path alert, a surround-view camera, a digital rearview mirror and a head-up display.
Jeep Grand Cherokee - Mechanical
The standard equipment package includes keyless entry and push-button start. Remote start can be added to the base trim via the Lex Tech option and is standard beyond that point. A trailering package is available across the lineup. It adds a load-leveling rear suspension, four- and seven-pin wiring and a Class IV receiver hitch. With that upgrade, your Grand Cherokee can tow 6,200 pounds.

With the Limited, premium options are expanded to include Midnight Sky and Rocky Mountain. The Summit trims offer a Black roof with the colors previously listed for a two-tone appearance.
